GeneSTAR Tenderness 2

GeneSTAR Tenderness 2 is a two gene test for Tenderness. The first GeneSTAR Tenderness test is abbreviated to T1 and the second to T2. For each of the genes it is possible to have 0, 1 or 2 copies of the favourable form of the gene. The presence of the two genes are independent of each other. However, since the impact of the genes on the objective tenderness of meat is the same and the two results are additive, the two tests are reported together.
